About Sony CBKCE01
The Sony CBK-CE01 50-Pin Camera Interface and Digital Extender is required when you want to interface the XDCA-55 camera adapter to the PMW-350 and PMW-320 XDCAM Ex camcorders. For studio configuration of the cameras, the XDCA-55 enables a connection (via two BNC cables and a power supply) to the Sony XDCU-50 camera extension unit, which receives audio and video signals and sends back control and return A/V signals.

- The 50-pin interface is used to dock the XDCA-55 to the PMW-350 and PMW-320 camera bodies. No other connection cables are required
- The CBK-CE01 also necessary to add the 2x Digital Extender functionality to these camcorders
