We ship via UPS, FedEx, or US Postal Service. All deliveries are also subject to the carrier's terms & conditions

We don’t ship to PO Box, HI, PR, AK, APO, FPO.

Products will be shipped from our warehouses or our suppliers’ warehouses based on the availability.

We ensure you that your item will be packed very well against any damage might occur.

Our system will show you all available shipping options for the product selected at the checkout page. Those rates are automatically generated from carrier databases based on the shipping address and the product weight.

Carrier may require a signature release upon delivery.


Once your order is confirmed, please allow 48 hours for orders to be processed before shipping.

Your package will be shipped Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. EST (except U.S. holidays).

Shipping directly from manufacturer/supplier may add 3 to 5 business days on top of regular processing time.

Estimated processing times don’t apply during promotions and holidays. Please allow additional time for processing, shipping, and delivery of your order during these peak seasons.

We kindly ask to be mindful of delays due to customs and carrier service that may affect delivery times.

Order processing and shipping times are subject to change due to verification and/or item availability.


Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the shipping details, including the tracking number and the instructions to track your order online.


Eproav reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any reason at any time.

If we determine that a customer or guest account has been used to engage in fraud or other illegal activity, we may permanently withhold remittances and payments for the order. In accordance with this policy, we do not plan to transfer any funds to back to customer or visitor. Disputes and Chargebacks are not allowed for illegal or fraudulent activities.

We ship worldwide (except to Ukraine, Iran, Sudan, Cuba, Syria, North Korea, and Uganda).

We ship most packages with UPS and FedEx. Shipping fees are calculated on a combined basis of weight, value (for insurance purposes), and destination. Some orders are shipped in multiple parcels. We do not add additional fees to your order if we ship in multiple parcels.

DHL Mail is also available for many destinations. DHL Mail is a hybrid service from DHL that delivers to many international countries. The final delivery of this service is by the Post of that specific country.

Items for shipment outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees, the clearance of merchandise, and the process and remittal of the actual Import Fees for such items. To obtain details regarding the Actual Import Processes & Fees, or to obtain documentation or receipts in connection with customs clearance, you may contact the Designated Carrier specified in your shipment confirmation.

A signature is required for all international shipments upon receipt.

To avoid higher than normal shipping and duties charges, orders containing multiple items located in different warehouses will be consolidated in one location prior to shipping. Therefore, your order may be delayed. We will notify you via email if your order will be delayed.

"Drop-Ship" items may be shipped to us from our supplier first.

Oversized items that don't fit Parcel Services standards will be shipped via an International freight forwarder via Door-to-Airport or Door-to-Door service, depending on your location. The carrier will call you to inform you of your delivery method.

For shipments to Russia, the maximum order value (including shipping charges) is 5000 Rubles per shipment.

Some items cannot be exported due to a manufacturer or government restrictions. You will receive an on-screen notice if you attempt to put an item in your shopping cart or check out an order containing items which we cannot send to you.

Orders shipping to Nigeria, Ghana, and Georgia may be subject to additional verification. We will email you if your order will be delayed in any case.

If an order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or because it was declined or undeliverable, Eproav reserves the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and to charge the payment method originally used for costs we incur related to the return of the undeliverable packages or merchandise to us.

In the event that you need attested documents from the Chamber of Commerce there will be a $40USD fee per document needed to be signed along will a shipping charge to get the documents to you.

Shipped from locations may vary based on products. Return items must be sent back to the location they were shipped from. (Eg. Honeywell security cameras will be shipped from Turkey. If a return is needed, the product must be sent to Turkey.)
