15 Day Return Policy & Instructions
Ateksis USA Corp, (www.eproav.com), is dedicated to bring you the best in professional audio and video solutions. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 15 days of the purchase date, subject to conditions and exclusions below.
Merchandise in the original manufacturer's original box, unopened and undamaged, may be returned within 15 days of the purchase date without restocking fee (unless stated otherwise on the the product page). Any shipping and payment processing fees will be deducted from the total amount.

If the package has been opened or damaged, Ateksis reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a minimum 15% restocking fee plus any shipping and payment processing fees . The customer shall be responsible for all shipping expenses from and to us regarding the returns.
Payment processing fees might be between 3% to 5% depends to your payment method and type of your credit card.
You need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) to be able return your purchased merchandise. To request a RMA please visit https://eproav.com/returns/guest/new/
Once the return request is submitted successfully, you will be notified with necessary information and further instructions.
Packages without the RMA will not be processed and you will not get a refund. Please make sure you have RMA number before you send package back to us.
The original manufacturer`s labeled packaging should be enclosed within an outer shipping box. Please do not write or place shipping labels or stickers on the manufacturer`s packaging.
All items specified as "non-returnable" on the website,
Items missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC),
Clearance category items,
Used or discontinued items,
Opened consumable items (fils, tapes, gel, paper, cartridges etc.),
Opened software, ear-phones, chemicals, or on bids and contracts.

Illegal or Fraud Activity Policy
If we determine that a customer or guest account has been used to engage in fraud or other illegal activity, we may permanently withhold remittances and payments for the order. In accordance with this policy, we do not plan to transfer any funds to back to customer or visitor. Disputes and Chargebacks are not allowed for illegal or fraudulent activities.
Refunds & Credits
Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase. If payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued no sooner than 10 business days after the date of purchase. Please note that we can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. Shipping is non-refundable, and items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have outbound shipping fees deducted from the refund. All returns are subject to inspection before a refund is given.
Eproav reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any reason at any time. If Eproav rejects your order, you will receive a refund of any money paid.
